Luis Castoire, a 63-year-old man reported missing by the Buffalo Police Department, has been located. The police expressed gratitude to the public for their assistance in sharing the information.

Prior to being found, Castoire was described as a vulnerable Hispanic male, about 5 feet tall, with a thin build, green eyes, and black hair, potentially sporting a goatee. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black dress shoes, and a dull blue long-sleeve shirt in the 100 block of Carl Street in Buffalo.

The police had requested anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact 911.
