**WEDI Announces Employee of the Month: Diane Lopes**

Westminster Economic Development Initiative (WEDI) has named Diane Lopes as the Employee of the Month. Serving as a Relationship Manager, Diane has been with WEDI since July.

Diane brings a decade of experience in the financial sector, having previously worked as a managing partner for a bank correspondent focused on personal loans. Since joining WEDI, she has significantly contributed to the organization by assisting 77 business owners with support services and dedicating over 130 hours to working directly with loan applicants and borrowers.

To enhance program accessibility, Diane has actively participated in outreach events and improved the enrollment process for potential clients.

In her personal time, Diane enjoys crafting and is currently learning to make jewelry and keychains using resin. She is also a fan of coffee and enjoys baking Brazilian desserts.

WEDI expresses gratitude for Diane's hard work and commitment to the team.
