Fall Weather and Showers Expected This Week

The National Weather Service has released the temperature forecast for several locations in the region from October 7 to October 10.

In Batavia, temperatures are expected to range from a high of 61°F on October 7 to a low of 39°F on October 10. Buffalo will see highs of 62°F on October 7, dropping to 56°F by October 10, while lows will range from 52°F to 42°F during the same period.

Canandaigua is forecasted to have highs starting at 61°F on October 7 and decreasing to 54°F on October 10, with lows ranging from 65°F to 55°F. Dunkirk's temperatures are expected to peak at 60°F on October 7 and fall to 54°F by October 10, with lows from 50°F down to 44°F.

Fulton will experience highs ranging from 61°F at the start of the forecast to 56°F by October 10, and lows between 49°F and 42°F. Jamestown is projected to have highs of 57°F for most of the forecast period, while lows will decrease from 43°F down to 37°F.

Lowville will see a high of 59°F on October 7, dropping to a low of 32°F by October 10. Niagara Falls is expected to have highs from 61°F to 56°F and lows declining from 50°F to 41°F. Olean is also anticipating a high of 61°F on October 7.

The forecast indicates fall-like weather with periods of showers expected throughout the week. The best chances for rain are anticipated for areas southeast of the lakes.
