The weather forecast for the next two days in western New York indicates the following:

**Today:** Scattered morning showers are expected south of Lake Ontario, while the rest of the region will see mostly cloudy skies. High temperatures will range from 67° to 74°.

**Tonight:** The sky will remain partly to mostly cloudy, with the possibility of patchy fog in the Southern Tier valleys. Low temperatures will be between 55° and 61°.

**Monday:** The day will be partly to mostly sunny, with highs expected to reach between 70° and 76°.

According to the National Weather Service in Buffalo, the area will be close to the moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Helene, resulting in the current cloudy conditions. Although clouds will persist into Monday, the likelihood of rain will decrease, and temperatures will remain warm.
