Today's weather forecast indicates that temperatures will reach highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s in most areas, with cooler temperatures expected east of Lake Ontario. A few light showers are possible in areas north of the New York State Thruway, but the majority of the day will remain mostly cloudy and dry.

Looking ahead, Tuesday is expected to be breezy and unseasonably warm, with temperatures nearing record highs. Showers are anticipated on Tuesday night and into Wednesday. Following this, cooler weather will arrive later in the week, although temperatures will still remain above normal for this time of year.
