Fog and Dry Conditions Expected on September 30th

**Weather Outlook for Monday, September 30th**

Today, high pressure to the north will maintain dry conditions, while low pressure to the south will result in increased cloud cover, particularly south of Lake Ontario. Early this morning, areas of fog have developed, which may create reduced visibility for drivers. The fog is expected to clear a few hours after sunrise.

Temperatures today will primarily be in the 70s, with upper 60s expected on hilltops. Winds will be blowing from the east to northeast at approximately 10 mph.

In terms of climate statistics for September 30th, the average high temperatures are as follows: Buffalo at 66°F, Rochester at 68°F, and Watertown at 65°F.

Additionally, the National Weather Service reports that showers remain located south of the New York/Pennsylvania border.

Residents are advised to drive cautiously in foggy areas and use low-beam headlights for safety.
