Canandaigua Food Pantry Schedule Announced for 2023

The Canandaigua Pop-Up Food Pantry will take place at the Town of Canandaigua Highway Department Barn located at 5440 Route 5 & 20 in Canandaigua, NY. The event is scheduled for May 20, June 24, July 22, August 26, September 23, October 28, November 25, and December 23. However, the December 23 event has been canceled.
Food distribution will begin at 10:00 AM and will continue until the food is gone. Attendees are encouraged not to line up before 9:30 AM. The pantry operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are no public restrooms available at the site. Attendees must enter through the Buffalo Street driveway entrance.
The event is organized by several local organizations, including the United Way, The Partnership for Ontario County, Foodlink, Choose Health Ontario, and Canandaigua Churches in Action. The next distribution is scheduled for September 23, and food is distributed once the FoodLink truck arrives and is unloaded.
